t-minus 3 months

I know I've been quite the awful blogger lately. I know I know. The good news is though in the time I wasn't posting, I DID turn in my Kansas Performance Teaching Portfolio (which pretty much says hellz ya you can be a teacher - well, if I pass) and those 50 pages of hell had never felt so good to hand over to someone else.

I also got to watch my little brother play tennis, which I hadn't gotten to see in years. This whole being home thing is working out quite nicely, especially because it's my brother's senior year and I won't ever get to see these things again. Pretty special stuff if you ask me.

What I really came here to note was something totally fantastical that was coming up in three months from this very day. Something that will change my life in so many amazing ways.

Our wedding day. Wait, let me say that again just to make sure it's still real and going on. Okay, our wedding day. OUR wedding day. Wow, I can't even believe it.

In three shorts month, we will unite as one and be the happiest folks in the entire universe. We will dance, we will  sing, we will kiss, and we will be so.flipping.happy. Because we have found the one whom our little souls just adore to pieces. I couldn't be more excited to put a ring on that handsome man's finger.

Cheers to 90 days of planning one of the best days of our lives. The party has started. And the working out has begun. Oh and so has the really ghetto tan line. Working on that...
