The Challenge

Word on the streets is facebook is getting silly and having a 30 Day Photo Challenge. I don't have facebook and I thought it sounded kinda fun. My life has been quite different since December 20, 2010 when facebook disappeared from my life. I feel free. However, now blogging is the new facebook. Duh.

Anyway, I was bored at work. I like a good challenge. I like to play. So, here I am competing in the CHALLENGE. If I lose I will give you cupcakes. :) Don't worry though, I never lose. I may post some tasty new ones though! I came up with a new concoction. I have to hide them from myself because now I don't have the cupcake monster eating them.

1.) I love buffalo sauce.

2.) I want to a closet full of cowboy boots and running shoes. (high heels can be included)

7.) I have the best family in the whole entire universe. (including aliens if they exist)
8.) I am not a big fan of chocolate but I LOVE chocolate and pb together.
9.) I really really really want to be good at cooking. Like, real good.

The Sprinter's Breakfast

My body refuses to get up even one minute early than it has to in the mornings. It is on strike every.single.morning. I fight with it, and even try to trick it into getting up early. Nothing works. I always end up sprinting out of my house at 7:55 to be at work at 8:00. I just don't get it. Can anyone help me?

It got the best of me again today but I refused to let it starve me of breakfast again. I WAS going to have some eggs. As I was literally sprinting around from room to room, I had to make some eggs and toast in literally 2 minutes. Bada Bing Bada Bang. They got done and I was like "I want peanut butter". There is no turning back. I am not leaving this house without peanut butter. No apples, crap. I decided I would have the peanut butter join my eggs and toast.

Party in my mouth. It was so good. And it was packin' with protein :) I have no idea how I've never tried this before. It's so simple. Maybe I thought it was a little weird to have peanut butter and eggs? I must have been crazy. See, Jeff being gone makes me do weird things. You should try it, you won't be disappointed. I also only used one piece of toast so I wouldn't have too much bread then put on the peanut butter, then the eggs. For some reason I kept thinking maybe a little fruit on it would be good. I know, that's a stretch.

When J Leaves Me

I am a little scared and nervous that this is the first day Jeff is gone and I have been doing some weird things. I don't even wanna know what will happen if this trend keeps up. If your curious...here are the erry things been going on today.

Weird Things Include: Getting up early, getting to work on time, packing my lunch the day before, cleaning my room, cleaning my car, washing my car, vaccuuming my car, cooking dinner, doing homework, and having nothing else to do by 6:30.

Now do you see why I am alarmed?

I am too productive.

I have no idea what I'm supposed to do now. Actually I could go do some thing ahead of time, but that's just not my style. I think I'll just sit here until American Idol and Jersey Shore come on. Btw, it's really weird someone not nagging me about being hungry right when I get off at 5. Weird.

I miss Jeff :(

 I even miss his closed picture eyes.

Combo Post

I've got some business to take care of.

Sorry this post is going to be a little scattered brained :) I "attempted" (key word here) to create like uh...4 blogs in the past and none of them ended up working out because a.) I know nothing about computers relating to the blog topics b.) I got impatient  c.) I really wanted a cool name like "Keep It Simple" but it was taken. So, I kept changing names. Consequently, I have three blogs with different information I want to keep in each of them. So...today I am going to combine them all and make a couple posts to have the information SO I cant delete them all and just have this one. Midwestern Touch is where it's at!

However, this is a really cool way to start a tradition. In the ornament each family memories writes a little something and puts it in the bulb for you to read the next year.  I am sad.

To the man I get to hold hands with until the day I die....

Jeff is heading out for nine months tomorrow for a new job training seven hours away. I am so proud of him. I have never met someone so hard working and this is going to be an awesome experience for him. I would not be as brave and go out of my comfort zone. Nope, I stay in my bubble...right where I belong. He is taking a chance to better our future, his career, and even his goals and interests. This is just a step along his path, but I know he will succeed in so many ways. He is sorta good at that.

The down side is I lose my best friend for awhile. Well, okay not technically. I am a baby. I do not like knowing that I cannot call him up just to come over because I am scared someone is in my house. I do not like that I cannot just go have dinner and a drink with him at any time. I do not like that I will not see his handsome face when I wake up. I do not likey at all-y.

That's us not liking

I know it will be worth it though. I know he will come out of this not only learning things about himself, but also with friendships, goals, and many other things I'm sure. Plus, where he is going is absolutely beautiful in the summers. Road trip for Molly!

Mostly, Jeff, I just want you to know that I'm going to miss the living poo out of you. I am so proud and so blessed to have you. I know you will do amazing things. I know you will have fun. I know you will learn how to beat me in basketball somehow. I know you will be fine. And most importantly, I know it will make us grow as people and a couple. So when you start getting down, keep your head up and smile baby, because you deserve it. You deserve it all. And I absolutely love you. (even though you love the spankees yankees)

Why I love Tuesday Nights

Because I don't know how I could spend it without these little people. My weeks would not be the same without those two sweet faces.

Are they precious or what?

She insisted I take a pictue with her and Fred. Right after this picture Fred bolted up the stairs, no joke. She was not happy, and she yelled at him to come down for a good minute. "Fwed" (patting the spot next to her). I asked her if I could take one with her instead. She liked the idea.



Ya, she fooled me. Right after this was taken she turned to me very pleased with herself saying "I see I see" (Translation: Can I see it?) I pushed play and laughed. She said "cuuuuuuuuuute". I love her.

She makes me smile. And laugh. And occasionally cry because she is that awesome. I can't believe I've known her and watched her grow since she was a spec in the dust.  She is such a blessing. Don't get me wrong though, she can be a little turd. (She is 2 you know).


Uh, why are you taking pictures why I eat/not eat you crazy lady?!

Gray is da man. And watch out because he will avatar you in your sleep. He will also build legos faster than you and beat you in board games. All the time. Even if you he does lose, he will convince you otherwise. He is a genius.



He even convinces Jillian of things. Tries to at least. He forgets she has the same blood. And puts up a good fight too.

They are buds. They are a team. They are the light of my life, among other things.

My heart could never handle a child of my own. If it makes me want to cry when they cry, hurt when they hurt I don't even wanna know how big of a mess I will be with my own.

 Goodnight. I love you all as well. You just aren't as cute =)
