So what has been going on this week? Week 21 was a BUSY, yet good week. It was the last week of school and my body and mind were so thankful for that to be finished! It was quite bittersweet though as I will start a new job as a SAHM starting in September. I know this job will also have many difficulties and challenges, but I have dreamed of being at home with my babies my whole life and I thank God (and my husband) we are able to do that right now.
How far along? 21 weeks baby. (Sorry 20, you got skipped)
Baby girl now looks a lot like she will when she arrives, only a miniature version. I keep trying to envision what she looks like. Makes me so extremely ready to meet her. Yet, she needs to cook, cook, cook for 18 more weeks :) She can suck her thumb, yawn, and kick. Hair is growing on her hair and her facial features are formed. She also has eyelashes and eyebrows! They are the cutest things in the world and I've never even seen them.

Baby Size: Cantaloupe
Maternity Clothes: I finally broke down and got some maternity capris. Boy am I glad I did, they are 100 times more comfortable than hair-tied, belly banded pants. Still in the same shirts though. As of…today.
Movement? YES! My goodness this is the best thing in the whole entire universe. My favorite part of each day. I get a little spoiled though and want to feel her all of the time, but I know girl needs her beauty rest :)
Food cravings/adversions? Love me some salt. Oh, and sugar. Let's just say this upcoming week I am starting to meal plan again to give baby girl what she needs. Not what her mommas crazy tastebuds need.
Nausea, vomiting, or sickness? Nope, other than being in the heat. That kicks my bootay.
What I miss: Really this week has been pretty awesome, other than my lovely spotting still, so I don't miss too much. I do have to admit I miss my morning coffees though (I am just too dang paranoid to drink it). I need to rock out some decaf.
Symptoms? Spotting, frequent trips to the restroom, back pain, swollen face (hahaha)
Daddy-ism of the week: I don't know why I thought this was funny but randomly while sitting around the fire Jeff said he wanted to get her cute little leggings. I already know she will be daddy's little princess.
Best moment this week? Feeling her and finally getting to do something other than sit on the couch. Praying our upcoming appointment has good news on placenta movement and such!
Workouts: Still off limits. I am going to start walking in the mornings though. Now that school is out I won't be walking as much as I know that I need some sort of movement.
Gender: BABY GIRL
Sleep? Pretty good. I still change sides about 50 times a night though. Starting to get up to pee too.
What I'm looking forward to? Summer (IT'S HERE!), starting the nursery, and having my mom come up. I'm also ready to get our house out of the construction zone. We may or may not of had a flood in our kitchen and need to get new wood floors, counters, and possibly new carpet in the basement :/ There are SO many other things I look forward to but those are the closest :)
Wisdom or other thoughts? God is so insanely good.
