What can FOODS do for US?

As Jeff and I were thinking of meal plans and ways to stay healthy, he pulled out a list of foods he received from an Athletic Trainer, Rick King. This list comprises of healthy foods and what they can do for our bodies.  This was very interesting to me and I thought I would share. Plus, it gave me a good laugh at some of the things it helps. You will see what I'm talking about :)

So start your Monday off right and start fighting cancer today. Ha. Kidding. But this list will help when thinking of what your body needs and how to get it want it wants. Trust me, if your body does not get what it needs, it will be a very unhappy person. Stubborn, I tell ya.

Also, I apologize for ten million page long post. My computer skills are not high enough to allow me to make this into two columns. Help? Pretty Please. I'll make you cupcakes.
